Through release, research, relaxation, and resilience we can learn to listen, let go, and leap into limitless liberation and love. As we live this human experience we are here to heal and honor our hearts. Reclaiming loving harmony.
RLH Method is a meditative movement method I have created that aims to help heal the mind/body/soul through movement, breath, and visualizations. A goal of my meditative movement method is to give back to the earth energetically through the honoring and recognition of its beauty. As the earth gifts us every moment of every day I urge us to deep dive into our gratitude for its gifts, lessons, and structure that supports us and all surrounding us.
This method/practice is a healing process through the recognition of the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. I ask how we can go inward, look inward, and listen. Attempting to clear blockages to heal our souls. Claim back our power, our creativity, our ability to soften and listen. All healing comes from the divine within, that is the creative soul. I ask us to open to the divine inspiration all around us and within us. This practice helps us to connect to the earth, the universe, and ourselves all as one. Honoring and connecting to the elements as they aid to help us heal and learn. We work together to move toward the surrender and release of worry, fear, and suffering of the mind that is created through our conditioned thought patterns. Movement is medicine. Breath is medicine. Movement is a celebration of the soul through the human body. Rather we are exploring immense joy, deep sorrow, the elements of the earth, or abstract movement and emotions. It is a gift to be explored, experienced, and shared through this sacred vessel. A celebration of gratitude. We end the practice in a ceremonial sense, an offering. Expressing gratitude for the moving body, evolving soul, and surrounding community.
Class is open to all. No dance experience is needed.

200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
My approach to yoga asana practice is focused on the understanding and awareness of energetic flow. Understanding correct and safe alignment to further your practice. I strive to help individuals deepen and expand their connection with themselves and to open to the greater forces.
Private sessions are offered. I am very open to offering whatever an individual might need or is looking for. I am interested in aiding in personal healing and the growth of relationships through the journey. Please contact me through email or the contact page on this website.
